Masiswa 2010 (Day 3)

Always sleepy sleepy...

Been holding this for too long already..It's time to update ^^♥

It's the second day for Masiswa game (5/12/2010).
And it's our BIG day. Yeah!!!
Woke up early again in the morning. (Not because of the coldness already this time. Hahaha...)
I'm not so sure why I woke early.
Maybe I'm still feeling excited after the card gaming last night. Hahaha...
And also because of the games today. Woo...Nervous.
After getting ready, we ate the bread that we bought last night for breakfast.
Everyone was like so filling until cannot even finish half of the bread. Hahaha...
We went to MMU right after that and we're the first team to arrive at the place.
The whole court is ours!! Wakakaka...
We warmed up, practiced ball passing for a while and then did some ball drills. 
And it's time for showdown!!! XD


We're against Nottingham for the quarter final, which was our first match.
Remember the black girl I mentioned before?? 
Haha..We're against their team.
They played quite aggresively and I actually got pushed a lot by that particular girl. (She must be keep on sneezing now XD)
It's a tough game because we played softer than them, but we won!!
Ngiak ngiak...So happy...
The next game is tougher and we were so so nervous.. (But we kept on saying that we will win XD)
Because it's against SEGI, we watched them play and they're good.
Soon it's time for semi (=our final).
As I said, it IS tough!
We made a lot of mistakes in passing and there were also many fouls by our team in the first half.
The second ball cannot pass down at all and I'm like kind of sad for that.
And I saw Siong Chi got pissed when she kena langgar by the defender. Hahaha...
Adeline got her left hand scratched by the corner of the thing that used to hold the tiang when she fell. OUCH!!
I'm also angry when they kept obstructing my way and knocking me. (Ankle injured again when they knocked me down...Huhu..)
But I know everyone played with extra effort and we're already tried our best.
So I'm still feeling happy although we lost in semi.
I believe next year we definitely can beat SEGI. Woo Hoo~!!!
Hahahaha....


So after the post mortem we thought that's it for us and we can actually go home.
Some were wondering whether we need to play one more match or not in order to fight for 3rd place.
After asking, yes, we need to play against TAYLOR.
Hahahaha...
We're already in our slippers and were ready to go home, and the game was 10 minutes after the match which was going to end soon.
After the rest I'm already cooled down and was feeling tired.
So most of us was like "Awwwww...So tired leh..."
Hahaha...
But we played quite well in the first half and the score was quite far.
During second half I have no idea what went wrong the score was pulled nearer and nearer.
We won the game with one point short, it's 10-9...
Phewwwwww...It was so close!!!
We watched the final as well, to support the opponent team to SEGI - MASTERSKILL. (We're like so dislike them already..Ngiak ngiak...)
They also won the game one point short, I mean SEGI la.
SEGI didn't actually perform well in this match. Padan muka la.
Ngiak ngiak ngiak...

The prize giving ceremony was like super duper not formal. Haha...
After receiving the prize we started to get crazy already.
Taking pictures here and there, making funny faces, Kit Yin and Siong Chi even had a shoe changing competition.
These people crazy one, including me. Hahaha...
But it was totally FUN~!!!
I met new friends - Jasper, Soo Fang, Jolyn, Jane, Joan and Adeline.
Had great experience playing in these few matches.
Cheering and jeering for the other teams. (Jeering was only for SEGI. XD)
Lots and lots of fun I had. ^^v


We went to eat after all the crazy stuffs and all of us was like sooooooooooo HUNGRY!!
And guess what? 11 of us went into Ady's car and it actually fit!
Hahahaha...WOW!!
We smelled, me and Ady became OKU...Hahaha...
I'll never forget that.
After eating we went to support UTAR team which were still playing.
By the time we reached the Basketball field they'd already finished. (So sorry to hear that they lose to LKW by one point short also, which they're not suppose to lose.)
We bathed at the place. Wuahhh...Feel so comfortable after bathing. ^^♥
We went to support the Volleyball team after that, both male and female teams.
Saw many people there and we're like cheer crazily for the team. (Because the other team got one noisy man who was so annoying XD)
The male team got a silver for the game while female team got bronze.
We met an officer from UTAR KL campus.
According to him, as all the teams from UTAR only got silvers and bronzes.
He said gold is not fashionable already, nowadays people like something silvery and bronze.
If they wanted the gold so much then give to them, we don't want something as priceless. ( Hahaha..)
Some more we played in MMU, if we got all the golds then people will not invite us to play again next year. (*CLAPSSSS*)
Hahaha...


Ady fetch us back to Sungai Long where our vehicle back to Kampar will stop at.
I was so heavy-heartened to leave the place for there were so much fun I had.
I never felt so happy since ages ago!! Love you guys so much!! MUACKSSS!!!
On the way back to Kampar I slept for a while due to headache, and after that we're like keep watching the driver drive and sharing all the fun things until we reached Kampar.
That's all for Masiswa 2010.
I'm TOTALLY going to remember all these super duper happy memories!!
And we're definitely going to do this again in the coming year!! (Hopefully won't have problem ^.<)

Masiswa 2010 (Day 2)

It's Saturday (4/12/2010) ~!!! First day of the game. Woo Hoo~!!!
Woke up quite early in the morning, about 5 something.
Well, it's mainly because of the cold temperature rather than the excitement and nervousness.
Hahaha...
We left the house around 7.30am, bought our breakfasts and headed to our destination - MMU.
There are many people at the place, all from different universities.
The most special group of people that we noticed once we got there are Nottingham's player.
There is a black girl with beaded hair, we're "WOW!!" when we saw that girl.
Hahaha...Because of her hair of course.

We went into the hall where the Netball game is held there.
Oh my God~!!
There were already many players gathered in the hall and guess what...
I met with my ex-teammate - Cheang Lai Ann.
But this time we're not playing together, we're actually competing with each other.
Lai Ann was representing UNITEN, which was the first team we're going to compete with.
I was damn  nervous, part of it was because this is the first official competition for me as I said before;
And another part of it was because I'm afraid that I don't have enough stamina.
Playing as a center (C) needs a fit body and honestly I don't have one. Hehehe...

The game started straight at 9am.
It's a tough game because UNITEN was the champion for the previous competition and the players are fit.
As I'm lack of stamina (a loud laugh for myself), I kept gasping or air whenever there is a transition.
Hahahaha...
We won the game at last and the first thing I said to my teammate was "I'm still alive!!"
Hahahaha...
We won the second game after that also.
I don't quite remember which uni we're competing with already.
If not mistaken it's MSU.
Overall, I didn't play well because there were many mistakes and I'm not fit.
T_T

We went to support the Volleyball team after that and we went for lunch.
I was so hungry after the 2 games, my stomach kept growling.
It's not that hard to find vegetarian food in KL also because anywhere I went there will be vegetarian food around.
Haha...So convenient.
We were eating with the UTAR staff  who asked us to play for them - Ms. Au.
She's so funny and nice as she told us the stories of the chaos in the day before.
The five of us from Kampar were almost blacklisted by the officer from KL.
Hahaha...Well, we don't care as we won't lose anything, only the school will lose a medal and their name that's it.

After lunch we went back to the hall to watch the other game, as well as to study the strategies of the team that we're going to compete with the next day.
Team from SEGI college was good.
They played professionally and I was getting more and more nervous for the game next day as I watched them play.
We discussed about the game for the next day and found out that we might play against SEGI during semi-final.
The year before, Siong Chi sprained her ankle badly while competing with SEGI and she's kind of like wanna take revenge.
Hahaha...Well, I can say that it's going to be a tough game, we should play semi like it's final.

We went home after that and bathed.
It's still early for dinner so we played a few games before we went out to hunt for food.
This is SO FUN~!!!
We played a game that the Netballers from AMC used to play back in those days.
The game was "AiYa Bomba"~
Adeline was sitting in between me and Siong Chi, both of us slapped hard on her thigh. Hahaha...
Of course Siong Chi's thigh also slapped by her until black green. Hahaha...Because she slapped her with ring on her finger.
After "AiYa Bomba" we played "Kam Min Toi".
It's just SO fun that we kept screaming and laughing.
Ady's mother was like "Are you guys OK? What happened?" Haha...We scared her.

After the gaming time we went to hunt for food.
Bought our breakfast at Subang Parade and we headed to the hawker stall for dinner.
Everyone was so tired and we hardly even talk.
However, by the time we went home and start to play again (cause Siong Chi said cannot sleep before it's 10), we're wide awake~!!
Haha..We played "Cho Dai D".
I was the only one who doesn't know how to play the game and I kena bullied and teased a lot.
But it was fun ^0^ and I love to play with them, scream and laugh like a kid.
I recorded Ady's expression when she was playing with Kit Yin's IPhone. Hahaha...
It was funny~!!!
We're off to bed at 10 something. Everyone was tired and we fell asleep very soon after that.
Nervous and excited for the next day ~~

Masiswa 2010 (Day 1)

Last Friday (3/12/2010) was the day I'm going to KL for the 2010 Masiswa Netball Competition.
I was so excited about this game that I started to pack my things few days before Friday.
Hahaha...I don't wanna miss anything and cause inconvenience for myself.
When it got closer to 12pm, I was getting more and more excited and at the same time nervous.
This can be called as my first official competition after all the years I've been involving in this game.
I love this game and I'm very into it.
Bad news for the day when I got to my senior's house, where we should wait there for our transport.
Something went wrong as the officer from Kampar campus knew that we're going to play for KL campus.
They are not suppose to know because we shouldn't have play for the different zone.
So we're known as "Illegal Player" and no one are suppose to know that we're playing as players from UTAR KL campus (except for the players and the officers who asked us to go itself).
Due to confusion of the staff, the officer found out that we're going to play for them.
And then, there was a great chaos.

I was so worried that they won't allow us to go there and play as I'm very exciting and eager to play this game.
There and then, things were settled and we're safely in the car. Thank God ~!!!
Still, we're worried that they might give the driver a call and we have to make an U-turn.
Hahaha~~
Finally we reached Sungai Long safely. I mean without any call that ask us to turn back. Hahaha...
Got into Adeline's car ( a new friend ^^♥ ) and we're heading to UM for training.
It's the first time we met with the other players from PJ campus - Jane and Joan.
And it's our first and only team training before the competition, I think we're doing quite well ^^♥
That's it, let's get ready for the game~!!!

We drove to eat after the training and Adeline was SO excited to find out that I'm a vegetarian.
Hahaha...It's just so funny the way she looked at me like I'm a rare animal on Earth. Hahahaha XD
After dinner we went home, Adeline's home =p
It's still early after we bathed, it was just 9 something and it's impossible to sleep at such early time.
So we told cold jokes, ghost stories and gossips. Hahaha....
It's nice talking to Adeline as she's just as crazy as us =p
We chat until 11 something in the night and finally we're off to dreamland.
However, hahaha...
We kept waking and falling back to sleep because of the temperature.
It's so cold in Adeline's room and we cannot find the remote control to actually turn off the air-cond.
Hahaha...I had the blanket covered my whole body.
The next day is the game. Woo Hoo~!!! SO excited... o(=^0^=)o
